About us

Our story
The foundation was founded in 2014 by Mrs Moyosore Ayah but began operation in 2019. She was inspired by her mother’s mysterious experience with stroke to start an organisation that will impact social consciousness/awareness of stroke in Nigeria.

The foundation is named after the Founder’s mother, Mrs Ibironke Dolapo Akinlaja (IDA), she is a survivor. The foundation is duely registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and SCUML. The foundation is also a member of the World Stroke Organization (WSO).


  1. To create massive awareness on stroke to the general public.
  2. To aid stroke patients in recovery through fundraising and provision of medical accessories.
  3. To educate stroke patients and survivors on healthy lifestyle tips that promote recovery.
  4. To share the stories of survivors and patients in order to reduce the stigma around stroke.
  5. To promote healthy living in other to reduce the number of Stroke patients in our society.
